This stunning oceanfront 4 bedroom villa has panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea on the horizon and Ffryes Beach below, with its west-facing balcony offering beautiful sunsets every evening. The approximately 1,500 sq. ft., two-floor outdoor living area boasts two covered lounges, an infinity edge plunge pool, sun bathing area, covered outdoor dining and a fully equipped BBQ area including a gas grill, flat top grill, outdoor burner, ice maker and sink.

The 3,500 sq. ft. indoor living space has 4 ensuite bedrooms, each with a smart TV, an additional half bath, laundry facilities, a large living area with a 75-inch smart TV and an expansive kitchen. The kitchen is every chef’s dream and includes a large refrigerator, double oven, warming drawer, microwave, induction cooktop and pot filler, 2 dishwashers and an island with seating for 12.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, along with high-speed internet. This Antigua villa on the beach also comes equipped with a Kinetico drinking water filtration system, so no need to purchase portable water.
