Structure & Ownership

Tamarind Hills will register under the status of "condominium", which allows a quota of foreign nationals to own properties on a freehold basis. For units outside of the Foreign Freehold quota they are sold to Foreign Nationals on a leasehold basis.

Leaseback Options

The Resort will be operated by XEN hotels and resorts, a young exclusive and highly energetic Hotel Management Company, who will offer owners the chance to obtain significant guaranteed returns on their investment, for this the owner contracts with the Company who then utilize the unit for 11 Months of the year in a rental pool. The owner, through the scheme, also has the benefit of utilizing the property for up to 1 month in the year.
