Metta started his Real Estate career in 1976 as a hotel designer, with over 30 years of experience in construction management, as an architect, designer and project leader in such diverse locations as Tanzania, Zambia, Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, South Vietnam and Thailand, he possesses the knowledge and skills and understanding of Real Estate business practices on a global level that are especially focused to the South East Asia region and in his native Thailand. This key knowledge are the basis of the fundamentals of the Company philosophy and bring strength and substance to the entire process of the development of Siam Soul and its portfolio of products.

Further to being the CEO of Siam Soul Development Co., Ltd., Metta is a CEO of SEPCO Asia Group Plc., this company specializes in renewable energy products. This business synergy will be developed into the Siam Soul portfolio of products to build environmentally friendly products for the benefit of the wider communities.

This experience combined with strong analytical and influencing skills are key in this demanding and challenging role. Her involvement and direction of change management and cultural change programs have been demonstrated in her career history through delivery in company mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Vasita Kanphai
Project Coordinator

Commenced her career as a Field Researcher at Chulalongkorn University. Then became a member of the Guest Relations department for the hotel with progression to a role as a coordinator and administrator for Laguna Phuket. Her key skills are that she is good in negotiations and co-ordination both internal – external organization. Has a flexible, can do attitude and able to work under pressure. Her current role has responsibilities as Project Coordinator, Budget Control, and part of the Management team.

Marketing Coordinator

Commenced her working career at the Major Cineplex Ramkhamhaeng branch as an assistant to the Box Office Manager, before progressing as a Movie Line Manager, Major Cineplex Movie Line. Then entered the field of hospitality with professional experience in a Hotel environment in excess of 7 years starting from the Head of Reception to the Reservation Supervisor at the Kamala Beach Estate later had an opportunity to join the team of the Angsana Spa to work in The Angsana Oasis Spa India for a year, before progressing to Personal Assistant to the Assistant Vice President of Destination Marketing Laguna Phuket with responsibilities in overseeing all of the marketing activities such as Laguna Phuket Triathlon, Laguna Phuket International Marathon, and many others.

Customer Relations

Has twenty years of Customer Relations and General Management experience, his latest five years based in Phuket in the Real Estate industry. Prior to arrival in Thailand he worked in FMCG and Distribution and Logistics, his Management roles included overseeing teams of over 40 individuals, compliance to ISO standards, budgetary forecasting and control, Health and Safety responsibilities and general management of distribution center operations. He has utilized his skills and knowledge to build key client relationships, increase productivity, control costs and enhance the business profitability for all stakeholders.
